That's why TD has been a passionate, long-time supporter of these important facilities, raising over $26 million for Children's Miracle Network hospitals across Canada. Throughout the month of May, TD employees from 1,100 branches across Canada volunteer their time to support grassroots fundraising initiatives – a program that gets better each year! In December, TD also offers an automatic monthly donation program, wherein TD matches customer and employee donations up to $1 million annually, ensuring that contributions go even further. The 2008 campaign added another 20,000 monthly donors across Canada. This includes donors who utilize the “Easy Line” component, allowing them to contribute on-line all year round. Thanks to these campaigns and the generous sponsorship of hospital special events, TD Bank Financial Group has raised over $5.5 million for Children’s Miracle Network and hospital partners in 2008 alone.
